1. Subscription Renewal

Tokiphon subscriptions renew automatically each month through Shopify.
Renewal ensures continued access to the same class time and level.
Parents are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel by:

• Logging into your Tokiphon account and turning off auto-renew, or
• Emailing hello@tokiphon.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

Once a billing cycle begins, the payment is final and non-refundable.
Tokiphon does not pause or pro-rate unused class time.

3. Missed or Unpaid Classes

If payment is not completed on time, the student will not be permitted to attend classes until payment is received.
Missed classes for any reason are not refundable or transferable.

4. Makeup Classes

If Tokiphon cancels a class beyond the two built-in monthly break days, a makeup class will be offered on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
No refunds are issued for tutor-initiated adjustments.

5. Confirmation

By purchasing a subscription or class package, you agree to the cancellation terms listed in this policy.
